When you decide to take your first important step to join NEBB and earn your CMEA, you’ll learn from a respected industry veteran with more than 30 years of technical experience that conducts all training. Training consists of two days of intensive instruction either online or at strategic locations throughout the United States.

You’ll learn all the laws that affect appraisers and appraisals with intensive study on the regulations and ethics NEBB upholds and endorses, The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Following successful completion of a written examination and completing a sample appraisal that is reviewed by a board of your peers, you are awarded and are authorized to use the prestigious professional designation of CMEA.
